SugarCRM

With SugarCRM modules in Make, you can manage accounts, bugs, calls, campaigns, cases, categories, contacts, contracts, currencies, custom queries, email templates, forecast worksheets, inbound emails, leads, manufactures, meetings, notes, opportunities, products, product types, projects, prospects, and revenue line items.

To use the SugarCRM modules, you must have a SugarCRM account. You can create an account at sugarcrm.com.

Refer to the SugarCRM API documentation for a list of available endpoints.

Connect SugarCRM to Make

To establish the connection:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add a SugarCRM module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

Note: If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. In the Server URL, enter the domain name where your program is registered. For example: https://example.sugarcrm.eu/.

  4. In the Username, and Password fields, enter your SugarCRM account credentials.

  5. Optional: Click Show advanced settings and enter your Platform for platform-specific meta-data or your custom app client credentials.

If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app: https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/sugarcrm11.

  6. Click Save.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more SugarCRM modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.

Set Up SugarCRM Webhooks

This app uses webhooks to trigger a scenario when an event occurs instantly. All webhook modules have an instant tag next to their name.

To set up a webhook, follow these steps:

  1. Add a SugarCRM instant module to your scenario and click Create a webhook.

  2. Optional: Enter a name for the webhook in the Webhook name field.

  3. Select the corresponding connection for the webhook in the Connection field.

  4. Click Save > Copy address to clipboard.

  5. Log in to your SugarCRM account.

  6. In the top-right corner, click on your profile avatar and click Admin.

  7. Under System, click Web Logic Hooks.

  8. In the upper-right, click Create.

  9. Fill in the fields as follows:

    Module Name
