Zoho Inventory

With Zoho Inventory modules in Make, you can manage the contacts, item groups, items, item adjustments, sales orders, packages, shipment orders, purchase orders, and invoices in your Zoho Inventory account.

To use the Zoho Inventory modules, you must have a Zoho Inventory account. You can create an account at zoho.com/in/inventory.

Connect Zoho Inventory to Make

To establish the connection, you must:

Obtain your Organization ID in Zoho Inventory

To obtain your Organization ID from your Zoho Inventory account:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Inventory account.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click your profile icon.

  3. Your Organization ID is shown at the top of the menu.

  4. Copy the Organization ID value shown and store it in a safe place.

You will use this value in the Organization ID field in Make.

Establish the connection with Zoho Inventory in Make

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add a Zoho Inventory module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

  2. In the Connection type field, choose Zoho Inventory OAuth2.

  3. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  4. In the Region field, choose your region. For example, if the URL of your account is e.g. https://inventory.zoho.eu, then select the EU option.

  5. In the Organization field, enter the Organization ID copied above.

  6. Optional: Click Show advanced settings and enter your custom app client credentials. For more information, refer to the Zoho Inventory Help Docs regarding custom connections.

    If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app: https://www.make.com/oauth/cb/zoho-inventory2.

  7. Click Save.

  8. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Zoho Inventory modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
