Freshservice

With Freshservice modules in Make, you can manage the tickets, problems, changes, releases, requesters, time entries, tasks, and retrieve and search for assets in your Freshservice account.

To use the Freshservice modules, you must have a Freshservice account. You can create an account at freshworks.com/freshservice.

Connect Freshservice to Make

To establish the connection, you must:

Obtain your API key in Freshservice

To obtain your API key from your Freshservice account:

  1. Log in to your Freshservice account.

  2. In the top-right corner, click your Profile icon.

  3. Click Profile settings.

  4. In the top right corner, copy the Your API Key value shown and store it in a safe place.

You will use this value in the API Key field in Make.

Establish the connection with Freshservice in Make

To establish the connection in Make:

  1. Log in to your Make account, add a Freshservice module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. In the Domain Name field, enter your Freshservice domain or subdomain name. For example, if your Freshservice URL is https://xyz.freshservice.com, enter xyz.

  4. In the API Key field, enter the API key copied above.

  5. Click Save.

  6. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Freshservice modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
