Zoho Desk

With Zoho Desk modules in Make, you can manage objects in your Zoho Desk account.

To use the Zoho Desk modules, you must have a Zoho Desk account. You can create an account at www.zoho.com/desk.

Refer to the Zoho Desk API documentation for a list of available endpoints.

Connect Zoho Desk to Make

To connect your Zoho Desk account to Make you must first obtain your Organization ID.

To establish the connection:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account.

  2. Click on the Setup icon in the top-right corner to open the Setup page.

  3. In the Developer Space section, click on API.

  4. In the Zoho Service Communication (ZSC) Key section, copy the OrgId value. You will use this value in the Organization ID field in Make.

  5. Log in to your Make account, add a Zoho Desk module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

  6. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  7. In the Organization ID field, enter the OrgID value copied in step 4.

  8. In the Domain Extension field, select the domain that corresponds to your account location.

  9. Optional: Click Show advanced settings and enter your custom app client credentials. For more information, refer to the Zoho Desk Authentication (OAuth) page.

    If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app: https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/zoho-desk.

  10. Click Save.

  11. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Zoho Desk modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
