Log new Folderit files in Google Sheets

1

Keep a searchable register of newly discovered documents by adding rows to Google Sheets from a selected Folderit DMS folder. Each row records the file UID, file name, folder UID, UTC discovery time and source. RAW input keeps filenames as literal text. Create a spreadsheet with these headers in A1:E1, in this exact order: file_uid, file_name, folder_uid, detected_at_utc, source. Keep these five columns in A:E. Connect Folderit DMS and select a source folder. Connect Google Sheets. Replace YOUR_SPREADSHEET_ID with the part between /d/ and /edit in the spreadsheet URL, then enter its worksheet tab name. The primary Folderit user generates API credentials at https://my.folderit.com/user/api/. Choose From now on at the first run. Upload a test file, click Run once, and check the row before enabling the schedule. This append-only register does not synchronize later edits, moves or deletions, or replace the Folderit audit trail. Replays or retries after an ambiguous append failure can duplicate rows; use file_uid to identify them. Review failed or incomplete executions before retrying.
