Remind trial users before their trial ends, without keeping a scenario waiting for 6 days. When your app sends a new trial to the Webhooks module, this template formats the data with JSON and uses the HTTP module to ask Webhook Scheduler to call your reminder scenario 6 days later. Pair it with "Cancel a scheduled trial reminder when a customer upgrades with Webhook Scheduler" so paying customers never get the reminder. What you need: A Webhook Scheduler API key at webhookscheduler.com/dashboard/api-keys (the Free plan schedules up to 7 days ahead). A second scenario that sends the reminder, starting with a Webhooks module. Its webhook URL goes in the HTTP module. Your app sends customerId, email and firstName.
