When your billing tool sends a new invoice to the Webhooks module, this template formats the data with JSON and uses the HTTP module to ask Webhook Scheduler to call your follow-up scenario 7 days later. Pair it with "Cancel a scheduled invoice follow-up when an invoice is paid with Webhook Scheduler" so nobody is chased for money they already paid. What you need: - A Webhook Scheduler API key at webhookscheduler.com/dashboard/api-keys (the Free plan schedules up to 7 days ahead). - A second scenario that sends the follow-up, starting with a Webhooks module.
