Invite a suitable candidate to an interview or send them a rejection email automatically.

This automation uses this [Airtable base](https://airtable.com/shreyrZhKjcNhvBAu/tblnSFapeaV6Jq9vg/viwEnqdCbaeEob0ZS?blocks=hide). Simply select if a candidate is suitable or not for a position in the Preliminary status field. If not suitable, a rejection email is sent to the candidate, if suitable, the candidate is invited to an interview. A Calendly and Zoom meeting link are created and emailed to the candidate.
