Connect Email and RSS and Airtable integrations

Make will watch RSS feeds you specify in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for new posts that contain a specific keyword. It will merge all these posts into a single email summary and send it to a specific email address. If you wish to use this template without further settings, you need to create a spreadsheet according to this example. In the RSS column, you specify the RSS feeds you want to watch and in the KEYWORD column the keyword to find.

The template works with the following Airtable base and its setup assumes the applicant's email address is in the (ClickUp) task's description.

This template is part 2 of the following template which also contains the Airtable Base used here. If the employee still wants to resign after the exit interview, HR will need to tick the 'Remove all access?' field so that the IT department (or whoever is responsible) can be emailed to remove the employee's access across all systems.

Invite a employee that has resigned to an exit interview to find out the reasons for leaving, negotiate a new contract and more. The automation uses this Airtable Base and watches if the 'Send exit interview invite?' field is ticked. If so, a Calendly link is emailed to the employee to schedule the meeting.

This automation forms the second part of this template which uses the same Airtable Base. After reviewing the employee's request (like the gym access example used previously), you can select Approved or Declined under the 'Request status' field. If declined, the employee will be informed, if approved, you need to select the recipient of the email that will attend to the request by providing the access card etc.

The template works with the following Airtable base. The scenario is triggered when the 'Preliminary status' field is updated. To achieve that, we created the 'Last modified' field of type 'Last modified time' and chose to watch updates in the 'Preliminary status' field only.

Use this template to automatically add a new Mailchimp subscriber and send an Email if the job applicant (see the Airtable base) is not suitable, and create an Asana task and upload the resume to a Google Drive folder if the applicant is suitable.
