Create a PDF invoice with PDF Generator API from a new Google Sheets row and email it with Gmail

Send every customer a proper PDF invoice without touching a design tool or writing code.

Add a row to your invoice sheet in Google Sheets and PDF Generator API renders it into a branded PDF invoice, which Gmail emails straight to the customer with the file attached.

Prepare your sheet. Row 1 is a header row, columns A to I:

Invoice number, Invoice date, Customer name, Customer email, Billing address, Description, Quantity, Unit price, VAT rate

Amounts use a dot as the decimal separator and the VAT rate is a plain number, so 20 rather than 20%. One row is one invoice with one line item, and the invoice goes to whatever address sits in Customer email.

Your own company name, email and phone are set once during setup and appear on every invoice, so you never edit the sheet to change them.
