One quote follow-up draft in Gmail by Flowpaja
One quote follow-up draft in Gmail by Flowpaja
Apps used in template
About
Flowpaja created this template. It creates one Gmail draft for each quote with no reply 7 days after you sent it. It never sends email; you review and send each draft.
How it works: once a day, Google Sheets "Search Rows" reads your quotes list. A filter keeps rows where Replied is not ticked, Draft Created is empty, Client Email is filled in and Sent Date is 7 to 13 days ago. Gmail "Create a Draft" writes a short follow-up. "Update a Row" then dates Draft Created, so a quote never gets a second draft.
Apps: Google Sheets and Gmail.
Sheet columns (row 1): Quote ID, Client Name, Client Email, Project, Sent Date (formatted YYYY-MM-DD), Replied (checkbox), Draft Created (leave empty).
Setup:
- Copy the example sheet (or add the columns).
- Connect Google Sheets and pick the spreadsheet and tab.
- Connect Gmail and edit the subject and draft text.
- Click Run once, check your Gmail Drafts folder, then schedule it daily (e.g. 09:00).
- Tick Replied when a client answers.
Credits: 1 per daily run, plus 2 per draft (draft + sheet update).
Limits: it does not read your inbox; you tick Replied. Other date formats are skipped. Reads up to 200 rows.

FAQ
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
How it works
Traditional no-code iPaaS platforms are linear and non-intuitive. Make allows you to visually create, build, and automate without limits.
