About
Flowpaja created this free template. Typeform delivers each response to a Make custom webhook. Google Sheets "Search Rows" checks the trimmed, lowercase email in column A of a Leads tab. A new email gets one "Add a Row" (columns A to F). Slack "Send a Message" then posts an alert only when the budget answer (a Typeform Number question) is 10,000 or more. A repeat email only gets "Update a Row" on its existing row, with no new row and no Slack message. Non-response events and responses without an email stop at the webhook.

Create your own webhook and add its URL in Typeform, connect your own Google and Slack accounts, pick your spreadsheet and Leads tab, and choose a private test channel. Send one fictional response first. Credits per response: 4 for a new hot lead, 3 for other new or repeat emails, 1 otherwise. Sequential processing and incomplete executions are on, so a failed run pauses the queue until you retry or delete it. The threshold compares the number as entered, with no currency conversion.
Flowpaja is independent of Make, Typeform, Google and Slack.

FAQ
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
How it works
Traditional no-code iPaaS platforms are linear and non-intuitive. Make allows you to visually create, build, and automate without limits.
