How to setup Fireflies.ai and GoHighLevel in 5 easy steps
Get your Fireflies.ai API key
Log into your Fireflies.ai account and navigate to the Integrations section in the left sidebar of your dashboard. Click on 'Fireflies API' from the list of available apps, and you'll see an API key displayed on the screen. Copy this unique key and save it securely, as you'll need it to connect Fireflies.ai with Make in the following steps.
Add Fireflies.ai to your Make workflow
Open your Make account and go to the scenario where you want to use Fireflies.ai. Add a Fireflies.ai module to your workflow and click the 'Create a connection' button. You can optionally give your connection a descriptive name to help you identify it later, then paste the API key you copied earlier into the 'API Key' field and click 'Save' to establish the connection.
Create a custom app in GoHighLevel
Access your GoHighLevel Marketplace account and create a custom app by clicking 'Create App' and following the on-screen instructions. This custom app acts as a secure bridge that allows GoHighLevel and Make to communicate and share information with each other.
Generate your GoHighLevel API credentials
In your GoHighLevel account, go to Settings, then navigate to API Keys, Auth, and Client Keys. Click 'Add' to create a new client key pair and give it a descriptive name. Once saved, you'll see a Client ID and Client Key appear on your screen—copy both of these values and store them in a safe place for the next step.
Connect GoHighLevel to Make
Return to your Make account and add a GoHighLevel module to your scenario, then click 'Create a connection.' Select 'GoHighLevel Location OAuth 2.0' as the connection type, optionally name your connection, and enter the Client ID and Client Secret you copied from GoHighLevel into the corresponding fields. Click 'Save' to complete the connection and your GoHighLevel account will be ready to use in your Make automations.
