1. Select a trigger

  • Triggers when a batch of calls finishes (completed or partially completed). Failed and in-flight batches do not fire.

  • Triggers when a phone call finishes. Each call is delivered once, after it completes, with its summary, recording URL and price attached. Add a Get a Call module after this trigger to fetch the full transcript.

  • Triggers when an incoming phone call has finished.

  • Triggers when an outbound phone call is finished.

  • Triggers when a new message arrives in an SMS conversation. A conversation fires again each time its most recent message changes, with the text in Last Message.

2. Select an action

  • Evaluates the tone of a text and determines if it’s `positive`, `neutral`, or `negative`. This is known as the sentiment.

  • Analyzes text and assigns it to categories from a list you define.

  • Splits text into smaller, more manageable pieces. These are known as chunks.

  • Retrieves information that you specify from a text.

  • Detects the language that text is written in.

  • Sends a request for AI to answer. The response will always be in the text format.

  • Adjusts the style and format of text to ensure it’s consistent.

  • Condenses longer text into a shorter summary.

  • Translates text from one language into another.

A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.

Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.

Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
