Popular Flow Control and HubSpot CRM workflows
Connect Flow Control and HubSpot CRM with Make. Automate manual tasks, sync real-time data, and build more efficient workflows.
Creation of documentation (e.g. contract) for a new deal that meets a specified criteria on Hubspot CRM
Get a list of deals that meet a specific criteria, this example filters deals that are in the"Appointment Scheduled" stage. Multiple documentations are created from templates that already exist in Google Drive and they are modified based on the fields from records of the deal received. Those documents are converted to PDF and mailed by Gmail as attachments. The parameters of the deal are then updated, so the deal does not appear in the list of deals for which the documentation should be created.
Create Google Contacts from HubSpot CRM contacts
Every time a new HubSpot CRM contact is created, Make will automatically look that email up in Google Contacts. If this contact does not exist it will create a new contact. If this contact exists yet, it will update it.
Create Katana sales orders from deals in HubSpot CRM
When a deal is won in HubSpot, a new sales order is created in Katana. If a matching customer or product is not found from Katana, a new one is created.

FAQs
How do I get started with Make?
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
What is a scenario?
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
What is a module?
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
What is mapping?
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
