Connect Flow Control and Notion with Make. Automate manual tasks, sync real-time data, and build more efficient workflows.
Sync Notion Databases to Google Calendar
Sync your Notion meetings database with Google Calendar by automatically creating, updating and deleting events. The template setup assumes you have a Notion database where all your meeting information is stored. Each item (page) on the database is a new meeting and it includes values for all the properties as showcased in this example.
Create Notion database page for new todoist task with specific label
Retrieve a new task from Todoist, check if it has a specified label and if it does create a new Notion database page for it
Add Toggl time tracking reports to Notion
Use this template to automatically add time tracking reports from Toggl to Notion databases. It retrieves data on how much time was spent on different projects by different individuals for the previous day. The template setup assumes you have created Notion databases for each project. Use unique names that include the names of the projects in Toggl. See our Notion database for reference. The scenario is scheduled to run every morning at 06:00. You can change it by clicking the clock icon on the first module.

FAQs
How do I get started with Make?
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
What is a scenario?
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
What is a module?
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
What is mapping?
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
