1. Select a trigger

  • Triggers when a new message is added to a direct message channel.

  • Triggers when a new file is added.

  • Triggers when a new interactive event has arrived.

  • Triggers when a new message is added to a multiparty direct message channel.

  • Triggers when a new message or another event is created.

  • Triggers when a new message is added to a private channel.

  • Triggers when a new message is added to a public channel.

  • Triggers when a new message is scheduled.

  • Triggers when a new user is added or an existing user has changed. Only emit the latest change since the last scenario run.

2. Select an action

  • Retrieves any file associated with the signature process, the documents to be signed on the web or attached to any of the emails, and the signature evidence resulting from the process or the documents signed.

  • The Get Signature Status retrieves the status of a specific signature process.

  • Performs an arbitrary authorized API Call

  • Initiates a signature process with the signatories. The maximum number of files at a time is 20. The maximum total size of file attachments allowed cannot exceed 25MB.

A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.

Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.

Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
