Set up a Google Cloud Platform project

In Google AI Studio, click on the 'Get API key' button to access the key creation area. Then click 'Create API key' and select the Google Cloud project you created earlier from the list. After selecting your project, click 'Create API key in existing project' to generate your unique key. Copy this key immediately and store it in a safe place like a password manager, as you'll need it for the next steps and it should remain confidential.
