1. Select a trigger

  • Receives data from the MAKE_FUNCTION or INTEGROMAT functions used in a sheet. Please note, the Sheets Add-On is required.

  • Triggers when a cell is updated. Watches only changes made in Google Sheet app. Sheets Add-On required.

  • Triggers when a new row is added.

2. Select an action

  • Adds the selected subscriber to the specified group.

  • Cancels selected campaign. Only campaigns in status Ready can be canceled.

  • Creates a new subscriber or updates an existing one if the email already exists.

  • Creates a new campaign of type Regular, A/B Split, or Auto resend. Not available for RSS campaigns.

  • Creates a new group.

  • Removes selected campaign.

  • Deletes a group by its ID.

  • Deletes a subscriber by ID.

  • Retrieves selected campaign by its ID.

  • Gets a group by its ID.

  • Gets a subscriber by ID or Email.

  • Performs an arbitrary authorized API call.

  • Removes the selected subscriber from the specified group.

  • Schedules a Regular, A/B or Auto resend campaign. Not available for RSS campaigns.

  • Updates selected Draft campaign.

  • Updates a group by its ID.

This template regularly checks for new rows in Google Sheets and uses the retrieved information to create a new subscribers in MailerLite. The template is scheduled to run every 15 minutes. You can change the schedule after you set up the template by clicking the clock icon on the first module. Your source spreadsheet is expected to have these columns in this order: Email, First Name, Last Name, Company. If you don’t have these columns or have them in a different order, you will need to remap some of the items in the template.
