Add your application module to Make

Log in to your Make account and open the scenario where you want to build your automation. Select either Google Sheets or Retell AI from the list of available applications and add it as a module to your scenario. Once the module appears, you'll see an option to create a connection, which is the bridge that allows Make to communicate with your chosen application.

Start the connection process

Click the 'Create a connection' button that appears in your module. This button opens up a setup window where you'll provide the necessary information to link Make with your application. The connection process is secure and ensures that Make has the proper authorization to access and work with your data in Google Sheets or Retell AI.

Give your connection a recognizable name

In the connection setup window, you'll find a field where you can enter a name for your connection. While this is optional, it's helpful to choose a descriptive name like 'My Google Sheets Connection' or 'Retell AI Integration' so you can identify it later. Authenticate with Google Sheets or provide your Retell AI key

For Google Sheets, click the 'Sign in with Google' button and log in with your Google credentials to grant Make permission to access your spreadsheets. For Retell AI, you'll need to obtain an API key from your Retell AI account dashboard under the API keys section, then paste this key into the designated field in Make. This authentication step ensures secure communication between Make and your chosen application.

Save and confirm your connection

After completing the authentication process, click the 'Save' button to finalize your connection. Make will verify that everything is set up correctly and establish the secure link between the platforms.
