Create a custom workflow

Every automation starts with a trigger and an action. Select one from each app to generate a workflow tailored to your needs.

JustCall
Trigger: Watch Appointments
Google Docs
Action: Select an action
1. Select a trigger
  • Triggers when a new appointment is scheduled via JustCall Appointment Scheduler (Public Calendar).

  • Triggers when a call is completed and logged. (For the module to work properly, you need to switch the type of webhook response to JSON. This can be done as follows: `Settings` -> `Developers` -> `Manage APIs and Webhooks` -> `The icon of the letter "i" next to the name of the first event`.)

  • Triggers when a new contact is added to your JustCall address book.

  • Triggers when SMS are sent or received. (For the module to work properly, you need to switch the type of webhook response to JSON. This can be done as follows: `Settings` -> `Developers` -> `Manage APIs and Webhooks` -> `The icon of the letter "i" next to the name of the first event`.)

  • Triggers whenever there is a new voicemail.

2. Select an action
  • Adds a tab to a Google Docs document.

  • Creates a new Google document by adding the content of HTML format.

  • Creates a copy of an existing template document and replaces any tags e.g. {{name}}, {{email}}. This module also allows users to replace images by new images with URLs.

  • Deletes a document.

  • Downloads a document to a required format.

  • Gets a content of a document.

  • Inserts or appends a new paragraph to an existing document.

  • Inserts a new image with URL to a document. The original size of the image is entered or the image is resized as required by the user. The original image ratio is maintained.

  • Makes all links in a document clickable.

  • Performs an arbitrary authorized API call.

  • Replaces an old text by a new text in a document.

  • Replaces an existing image with a new image with URL in the document. In order to fill the original image's bounds, the new image may be scaled or cropped.
