KlickTipp contact data field enrichment via Make AI agent
This workflow automatically enriches KlickTipp contact data from unstructured context using AI Agents. It accepts an email address together with source content such as a LinkedIn profile, website text, CRM note, or any other contact-related description, and extracts useful contact details like first name, last name, company name, website, job title, department, and social profile URLs. For each extracted value, the workflow also returns a quality score from 0 to 100, helping you evaluate how reliable the result is before storing it. The enriched values are then mapped into KlickTipp contact fields, including global fields and custom fields such as LinkedIn URL, Instagram URL, Facebook URL, Job Title, or Department when configured. This workflow is especially useful for marketers, agencies, sales teams, recruiters, coaches, and service-based businesses that want to improve contact records at scale without manually reviewing every source. Important: Adjust section 5 in the agent instructions so the AI understands your custom field mappings, or remove the example mappings if you do not use custom fields. The current confidence threshold for updating existing values is set to 70%. You can set it to a different value in the prompt.
Manage KlickTipp Contact Tags with GPT-5-mini AI Agent
This workflow provides an AI-powered KlickTipp tag management agent. It accepts a contact email address together with explicit tag instructions, either as a natural-language request, and manages the requested tags for an existing KlickTipp contact. The agent can check the contact, load the current KlickTipp tag list, create missing tags when explicitly requested, apply tags, remove specific tags, or remove all currently assigned tags from the contact. It compares tag names using exact normalized matching, so differences like capitalization or repeated spaces do not cause duplicate tag creation. For example, VIP Customer and vip customer are treated as the same tag. This workflow is especially useful for marketers, agencies, sales teams, coaches, and automation builders who want to manage contact segmentation in KlickTipp through simple instructions such as “Add VIP and Webinar Lead to [email protected]” or “Remove all tags from [email protected]”. Important: The agent only acts on explicit tag commands. It must not infer tags from background context such as purchases, job titles, plans, roles, or descriptions. For example, “[email protected] just bought the Premium Plan and is a CEO” should not automatically create or apply Premium Plan or CEO tags unless the user explicitly asks to add those tags.

FAQs
How do I get started with Make?
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
What is a scenario?
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
What is a module?
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
What is mapping?
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
