1. Select a trigger

  • Receives data from the MAKE_FUNCTION or INTEGROMAT functions used in a sheet. Please note, the Sheets Add-On is required.

  • Triggers when a cell is updated. Watches only changes made in Google Sheet app. Sheets Add-On required.

  • Triggers when a new row is added.

2. Select an action

  • Deletes the access of a member (member progress in the courses will be deleted).

  • Deletes access for a specific order ID.

  • Delete users by mail

  • Grants access to a course (when the member is not existing, the member will be created).

  • Performs an arbitrary authorized API call.

  • Revokes a member's access to a course (member progress in the courses will not be deleted).

  • Revokes access for a specific order ID.

  • Sets a single custom user property. If value is null or not provided, the property will be set to an empty string.

  • Sets the custom properties to a user.

  • Sets the state of an offer with orderId for a user. If active is not supplied, the offer gets deleted from the user. If the user has multiple accesses with the same orderId, all offers will be set to the same state

A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.

Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.

Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
