Add Odoo to your Make scenario

Log into your Make account and open the scenario where you want to automate tasks. Click to add a new module and search for Odoo in the available apps list. Select the Odoo module that fits your needs and click the 'Create a connection' button to start linking Make with your Odoo account.

Enter your Odoo web address

In the Host field, type your Odoo account's web address without the 'https://www' part. For example, if you normally visit 'https://www.xyz.odoo.com' to access Odoo, you would enter 'xyz.odoo.com' as your hostname. This tells Make where to find your Odoo account.

Provide your Odoo login information

Enter the username or email address you use to sign into Odoo in the Login field. This is the same information you use when accessing Odoo directly, and it allows Make to verify your identity and securely access your Odoo data on your behalf.

Get and enter your API key

If you're using Odoo version 14 or newer, you'll need an API key instead of a password. Log into Odoo, go to My Profile, find the Account Security tab, and click New API Key. Copy the generated key and paste it into the API-Key/Password field in Make to complete the authentication process.

Save your connection and start automating

Enter your Odoo database name in the Database field, then click the Save button to establish the connection. Make will verify your information and create a secure link to your Odoo account.
