Access your API settings in Perplexity AI

Log into your Perplexity AI account and click on the Settings icon next to your username. From the left sidebar menu, select the API option to access the area where you can create your connection credentials. Create a new API group by filling in the required basic information and clicking Save. You'll also need to enter your payment information when prompted. This step simply stores your payment details for future API usage without charging your card immediately.
