1. Select a trigger
  • Triggers when a new company is created.

  • Triggers when a contact is created, deleted, merged, restored, association changed, or deleted for privacy.

  • Triggers when a new contact is created.

  • Triggers when a new contact is added to a list (only for users with the paid Marketing account). This module will be deprecated on September 30th 2025.

  • Triggers when a CRM object is created/updated.

  • Triggers when a new deal is created.

  • Triggers when a new engagement is created in a portal. This endpoint will only return records created in the last 30 days, or the 10k most recently created records.

  • Triggers when a new file is stored in file manager.

  • Triggers when a new member is added to selected list.

  • Triggers when a new notification about changes is sent. This module can be used only with a developer connection where your user identifier, your Hubspot API Key, your Client ID, and Client Secret are filled in advanced parameters. You can have only one webhook URL per developer application. You can create more subscriptions for this one webhook.

  • Triggers when data is submitted from a given form.

  • Triggers when a new email timeline subscription added for the portal.

  • Triggers when a new ticket is created.

2. Select an action
  • Analyze the image to identify any known logos. This feature helps you determine if a corporate logo is present, which might imply trademarked content requiring licensing.

  • Retrieve the remaining credits on your PicDefense account. Helps monitor your credit usage and ensures you have enough for upcoming image checks.

  • Identify human faces within an image. This action is useful for privacy compliance checks and verifying if recognizable individuals appear in photos.

  • Scan the image for inappropriate or unsafe content using advanced AI filters. This helps ensure compliance with content guidelines, particularly for platforms that have strict policies.

  • Analyze the EXIF metadata of an image to uncover embedded information. This may include copyright clues, geolocation, camera details, and timestamps, providing deeper insights into the image's origins.

  • Detect well-known landmarks present in the image. Useful for verifying the content of travel photos or identifying potential trademarked landmarks that might require special permissions for use.

  • Use AI to analyze the image and automatically identify key objects, locations, activities, and more. This action detects general labels (e.g., products, animal species, places) to provide a detailed overview of the image’s content, helping you understand its context and potential copyright or usage considerations.

  • Assess the copyright risk of a given image using PicDefense's comprehensive analysis. This action evaluates multiple factors (including reverse image search, logo, face, and landmark detection) to generate a risk score, helping you avoid potential copyright issues.

  • Performs an arbitrary authorized API call.

  • Conduct a reverse image search to uncover backlinks and identify where else the image is used online. This action helps assess the copyright risk by revealing instances of the image on other websites, which may indicate stock photo origins or prior licensing, giving you a clearer understanding of the potential risks involved.
