Create a custom workflow

Every automation starts with a trigger and an action. Select one from each app to generate a workflow tailored to your needs.

1. Select a trigger

  • Receives data from the MAKE_FUNCTION or INTEGROMAT functions used in a sheet. Please note, the Sheets Add-On is required.

  • Triggers when a cell is updated. Watches only changes made in Google Sheet app. Sheets Add-On required.

  • Triggers when a new row is added.

2. Select an action

  • Creates a new post and publishes it to the specified platforms.

  • Creates a new profile group.

  • Deletes a post from the database. Note: This does not remove the post from social media platforms.

  • Disconnects and removes a profile from the account. This does not affect posts already published through this profile.

  • Deletes a profile group and all its associated profiles.

  • Retrieves a single profile by its ID.

  • Retrieves a single profile group by its ID.

  • Retrieves a single post by its ID.

  • Allows you to perform a custom authenticated API call to the Postproxy API.

  • Publishes a draft post. Only posts with status: "draft" can be published using this endpoint.

A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.

Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.

Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
