1. Select a trigger

  • Watch for document update events from signoSign/Universal. This trigger does not register its webhook URL automatically — you need to register it once manually. Copy the webhook URL shown in this trigger, then either open your user settings in signoSign/Universal and enter it there, or set it via the REST API with PATCH /rest/user/settings using the key webhooks.documentUpdatedEndpoint.

2. Select an action

  • Copies an email or a draft into a selected folder.

  • Creates a new draft email.

  • Deletes an email by moving it to trash.

  • Gets a specific email info.

  • Sends a custom API call to Gmail. You can use this to call endpoints that aren’t covered by existing modules.

  • Marks an email or a draft as read by setting the "Read" flag.

  • Marks an email or a draft as unread by setting the "Unread" flag.

  • Moves the chosen email or a draft to the selected folder.

  • Replies to the specified email.

  • Sends a draft email.

A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.

Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.

Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
