Popular Slack and ClickUp workflows
Connect Slack and ClickUp with Make. Automate manual tasks, sync real-time data, and build more efficient workflows.
Send Slack messages when tasks are created or updated in ClickUp
Whenever you create new tasks or existing ones in ClickUp, Make will automatically send Slack messages with the names and descriptions of the tasks.
Add new messages in a Slack channel to ClickUp as tasks
Every time a new message is posted in Slack, Make will automatically create a new task in a ClickUp list of your choice.
Create an Airtable record, a ClickUp task, and send a Slack notification from new Typeform responses
This automation instantly receives responses from a Typeform form. This automation can be used if a manager wants to inform HR about things like a new promotion etc. All the information is added to Airtable for record purposes and a ClickUp task is created automatically for the assigned person to attend to. Lastly, a Slack notification is also sent to the person or channel so that no form submissions are missed.

FAQs
How do I get started with Make?
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
What is a scenario?
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
What is a module?
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
What is mapping?
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
