1. Select a trigger

  • Triggers when a file is created or modified.

  • Triggers when a comment is created or updated on a selected file.

  • Triggers when a file is created or modified in a selected folder.

  • Triggers when a new folder is created or modified.

  • Triggers when a new shared drive is created.

2. Select an action

  • Shortens a URL. If the URL has been shortened before the same short link will be returned.

  • Delete a short URL by it's ID.

  • Performs an arbitrary authorized GraphQL query.

  • Remove a custom social media card set for a short URL.

  • Update a short URL with a custom social media card.

  • Unshortens a URL. Follows all redirects and returns the final destination of a URL or the input URL if there are no redirects. Can also optionally strip away tracking parameters from the resulting URL.

A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.

Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.

Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
