Popular ZeroBounce and Google Forms workflows
Connect ZeroBounce and Google Forms with Make. Automate manual tasks, sync real-time data, and build more efficient workflows.
Update Google Sheets with form responses from Google Forms for valid emails and send a Slack message
Every time a Google Forms response is submitted, Make will automatically validate the email output of the form with ZeroBounce. If the email status is "valid" it will add a new row to a Google Sheet and send a Slack message. This example uses the sheet in this link.
Create new Airtable records from Google Forms valid email responses and sending a Slack message
Every time a Google Forms response is submitted, Make will automatically validate the email address of that response. If the email status is "valid" it will create a new record in Airtable and send a Slack message. If the email status is not "valid" it will send a Slack message. For the proper work of this scenario you can use our example table.
Add contacts and companies to Pipedrive CRM from Google Forms responses and send Slack messages
Every time a Google Forms response is submitted, Make will automatically check for the status of the email in ZeroBounce. If the status of the email is valid, it will get the person's details with Clearbit , create a new person in PipeDrive CRM, and send a Slack message. If there is a domain for the company that the person works for, Make will get that company's data with Clearbit, create a new organization in Pipedrive CRM, and send a Slack message. This example uses the responses in this sheet,

FAQs
How do I get started with Make?
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
What is a scenario?
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
What is a module?
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
What is mapping?
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
