Social Media Intern

Madrid, Spain

Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.

This role sits at the intersection of community, content, and technology. You will help Make show up consistently in real-time conversations and support short-form content production across key channels.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor mentions, comments, tags, and messages across platforms (social listening)
  • Respond to comments and DMs in Make’s brand voice
  • Flag important feedback, questions, or potential issues to the team
  • Support content planning and coordination (Monday.com workflows)
  • Edit short-form videos and help curate event photos for social
  • Create and organize social assets (including speaker cards and event recaps)
  • Maintain structured content libraries and log assets reliably
  • Contribute ideas for engagement improvements and content experiments

What we are looking for

  • Strong written communication skills in English (clear, concise, engaging copy)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Figma or similar)
  • Attention to detail and comfort working with structured systems
  • Confidence communicating online and engaging thoughtfully with a community
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn fast
  • AI literacy and interest in technology topics (automation, AI, product)

  • Writing stronger hooks, captions, and social copy
  • Short-form video editing for social performance

  • Operating within structured marketing workflows (Monday.com)

Celonis office (used by Make) in Madrid.
