Everyone has rolled out AI. Far fewer companies can say what the AI is doing.

Spend grows with no way to track ROI. AI adoption stalls on pilots.

MakeOS gives your business a Glass Box

Every agent, process, and action visible, permissioned, and reversible. You can move from AI pilot to AI transformation confidently.

‍

Full visibility

See every agent, what it's doing, what it costs, and who's responsible – with all your workflows on a single map.

Intelligent self-learning

MakeOS watches how work runs and suggests AI or fixed automation steps where relevant, keeping your token spend under control.

Governance built-in

When an agent tries to go past its limits, MakeOS blocks it, asks a person, and logs the attempt. All on guardrails IT approved once.

Multiplayer: shared across departments

Share agents, automations, and apps across departments. Colleagues get the agent, not your data.

FAQ

Questions? We've got answers.

What is MakeOS?

A new product from Make: the place where AI runs a company's work, where you can see all of the processes, and where you stay in control.

Do I have to build workflows to use it?

No. Work starts with a single question in chat – Make's own co-worker Maia, Claude, ChatGPT, or any assistant that speaks MCP.

How does it keep AI costs down?

MakeOS learns where AI is needed and where it isn't, suggests deterministic steps for same-answer work. It also shows AI spend per agent, per team and on orgaization level so you can monitor the cost. It suggests; you decide.

‍

What stops an agent from going too far?

Guardrails IT approves once. Once it hits its limits, an agent is blocked, a person decides the next steps, and the attempt is logged.

How is this different from a chat assistant?

Assistants are single-player and a black box. MakeOS is multiplayer and a glass box: share an agent without sharing your data, and see every agent, owner, and cost on one map.

What happens to my existing Make scenarios?

They keep working, and you will be able to leverage what you’ve built in Make at MakeOS.

When can I get it?

MakeOS is in closed beta. Waves '26 attendees can try it at the Playground; everyone else can join the waitlist.
