How to setup Anthropic Claude and Azure DevOps in 5 easy steps
Generate your Anthropic Claude API key
Log in to your Anthropic Claude console and click the key icon in the bottom-left corner to access API keys. Click '+ Create Key', select your workspace, name your key, and immediately copy and save it securely - you won't be able to view it again.
Enable Make access in Azure DevOps
Log in to Azure DevOps and go to Organization Settings, then click Policies in the sidebar. Enable 'Third-party application access via OAuth' to allow Make to connect securely. While you're here, copy your organization name as you'll need it in the next steps.
Add a module in Make
Open your Make account and add either an Anthropic Claude or Azure DevOps module to your automation scenario. Click the 'Create a connection' button that appears in the module. You can give your connection a custom name to help identify it later.
Enter your credentials
Paste your saved Anthropic Claude API key or enter your Azure DevOps organization name in the appropriate field when prompted. These credentials allow Make to securely communicate with your accounts and enable the services to work together in your automation.
Save and complete the connection
Click the 'Save' button to finalize your connection. If asked, authenticate your account and grant Make the necessary access permissions. Once this is done, your connection is active and ready to use in your automation workflows.
