How to setup Anthropic Claude and Bitbucket in 5 easy steps
Get your Anthropic Claude API key
Log into your Anthropic Claude console and locate the key icon in the bottom-left corner to access your API keys section. Click 'Create Key' to generate a new API key, give it a descriptive name, and copy it immediately as you won't be able to view it again later.
Add your module in Make
Log into your Make account and begin creating your automation scenario by adding either an Anthropic Claude or Bitbucket module to your workflow. When you add the module, look for the option to create a new connection and click on it to start the setup process.
Connect Anthropic Claude to Make
In the Make connection setup screen, paste the API key you copied from your Anthropic Claude console into the API Key field. Optionally, give your connection a memorable name like 'Claude Marketing Assistant' to help you identify it later, then save the connection.
Set up Bitbucket OAuth access
Go to your Bitbucket account settings and find the 'OAuth consumers' option under 'Access management'. Create a new consumer or select an existing one, enter the callback URI provided by Make, and copy both the Client ID and Client secret that appear.
Finalize your Bitbucket connection
Return to Make and enter the Client ID and Client secret you copied from Bitbucket into the connection form fields. Click 'Save' to complete the setup, and if prompted, confirm access to authorize the connection so you can start using these applications in your automation scenarios.
