How to setup Apify and OpenAI (ChatGPT, Sora, DALL-E, Whisper) in 5 easy steps
Find your Apify API token in Settings
Log into your Apify account and go to the Settings menu, then click on Integrations. This is where you'll find the tools to connect Apify with other platforms like Make. Click the 'Add token' button to create a new API token, which is like a special key that lets Make safely access your Apify account.
Create and name your API token
When the popup window appears, give your token a memorable name like 'Make Connection' so you can easily identify it later. Click Save to generate your unique token. This token is important because it allows Make to communicate securely with Apify without needing your password.
Copy your token for later use
Once your token is created, you'll see it displayed on your screen with a Copy button next to it. Click the Copy button to save the token to your clipboard. Keep this token private and secure, as anyone with this token could access your Apify account through Make.
Connect Apify to Make using your token
Open your Make account and add an Apify module to your workflow. Click on the connection field within the module settings to open the connection dialog. In the 'API token' field that appears, paste the token you copied from Apify and click Save to establish the connection.
