How to setup ElevenLabs and HeyGen in 5 easy steps
Get your API key from your app
Log into your ElevenLabs or HeyGen account and navigate to your profile settings. Look for the API key section—in ElevenLabs it's in Profile settings, while in HeyGen you'll find it under Subscriptions & API. Click the reveal button to display your API key, then copy it and store it somewhere safe like a password manager.
Open Make and start building your workflow
Log into your Make account and either create a new scenario or open an existing one where you want to use your app. A scenario is simply an automated workflow that connects different apps together to perform tasks automatically.
Add your app to the scenario
Click to add a new module to your scenario and search for the app you want to connect, either ElevenLabs or HeyGen. Select the appropriate module from the search results to add it to your workflow.
Create the connection
When you add the module, Make will ask you to create a connection. Click the 'Create a connection' button and you'll see a dialog box open. You can optionally give your connection a descriptive name to help you identify it later, especially useful if you manage multiple accounts.
Enter your API key and save
Paste the API key you copied earlier into the API Key field in Make's connection dialog. Make sure the entire key is pasted without extra spaces. Click 'Save' to complete the setup, and your connection will be ready to use in your automated workflows.
