Before connecting JIRA to Make, you'll need an API token from JIRA. Visit the Atlassian API token page, log in, and create a new token with a name you'll remember. Copy this token immediately and store it safely, as you won't be able to view it again later.
Add JIRA to your Make scenario
Log into Make and open your scenario where you want to use JIRA. Search for the JIRA Cloud Platform module in the available apps and add it to your workflow. This module will serve as the connection point between Make and your JIRA account.
Create a new connection
In your JIRA module, find the Connection field and click the Add button. A form will appear asking for your connection details. You can give your connection a custom name to help identify it if you plan to create multiple connections in the future.
Enter your JIRA credentials
Fill in the connection form with three pieces of information: your JIRA Service URL (your company's JIRA web address), your JIRA username, and the API token you saved earlier. Review all details carefully to ensure they're correct, then click Save to establish the connection.
Test and start using your connection
