How to setup Mistral AI and Gmail in 5 easy steps
Get your access key from Mistral AI
Log into your Mistral AI account and navigate to the API Keys section found in the left sidebar under Workspace. Click 'Create new key' and give it a memorable name like 'Make Connection.' Once created, copy the key value that appears on your screen and save it somewhere secure, as you'll need this to connect Mistral AI with Make.
Open your Make scenario
Log into your Make account and open the automation scenario where you want to use Mistral AI. Browse through the available applications and add the Mistral AI module to your workflow. When you add this module for the first time, Make will automatically prompt you to set up a connection before you can start using its features.
Start the connection process
After adding the Mistral AI module to your scenario, click the 'Create a connection' button that appears. This opens the connection setup screen where you'll provide Make with the credentials needed to communicate with your Mistral AI account. The process is straightforward and only requires the API key you obtained earlier.
Enter your API key
In the connection form, find the field labeled 'API Key' and paste the key you copied from Mistral AI. Make sure to paste the entire key exactly as provided, without adding any extra spaces or characters. You can optionally give your connection a descriptive name to help you identify it later if you manage multiple integrations.
Save and complete the connection
Click the 'Save' button to finalize your connection between Make and Mistral AI. Make will verify your API key and establish the secure connection between both platforms.
