Automatically send WhatsApp order review requests from your queued orders.
This template processes the Google Sheet queue created by Part 1 and sends personalized WhatsApp review requests via WhatsScale CRM.
How it works:
- Runs daily on schedule
- Finds orders where Send Date is today or earlier
- Looks up or creates CRM contact
- Sends personalized order review request
- Removes processed order from queue
Setup required:
- Google Sheets connection (same spreadsheet as Part 1)
- WhatsScale CRM connection
- WhatsApp message template for order reviews
