This template checks your Google Sheets contact list every morning, finds contacts whose birthday is today, and sends them a personalized WhatsApp message through WhatsScale — completely on autopilot. How it works:

A daily schedule triggers the scenario every morning
Google Sheets searches for rows where the birthday column matches today’s date
For each matching contact, WhatsScale sends a personalized birthday message to their WhatsApp number WhatsScale’s message throttling automatically spaces out messages so you stay within WhatsApp’s sending limits — even if 50 contacts share the same birthday.

Requirements: A WhatsScale account with a connected WhatsApp session, and a Google Sheet with columns for Name, Phone Number (with country code), and Birthday (date format).
