When a webhook with an email is received, that e-mail is unsubscribed from emails in Drift. The webhook should have this structure: hook.Make.com/[email protected] and it should be stored in an e-mail that is being sent to the customers (newsletter), e. g. in a button called "unsubscribe from the newsletter".
