Yes, you can add additional modules as well as remove the existing modules.
No, but you can open the same template, find the information you require, and leave the template without setting it up further.
Yes, you can re-map a field while setting up the template. As far as dropdown options are concerned, we recommend going with the predefined selection. You can still edit it after the template setup is finished.
