Log in to Make and add your first app module

Sign into your Make account and navigate to the scenario builder where you'll create your automation. In the app list, find and click on the Microsoft Teams module to add it to your workspace. This module represents one of the two apps you'll be connecting in your automated workflow.

Create and name your Microsoft Teams connection

Once the Microsoft Teams module is added, click the 'Create a connection' button to begin linking your Teams account to Make. You'll have the option to give your connection a custom name that helps you remember its purpose, which is especially useful if you plan to create multiple automations. After naming it, click 'Save' to proceed with the connection setup.

Authenticate your Microsoft Teams account

You'll be prompted to log into your Microsoft Teams account using your business credentials. After logging in, Microsoft will display the permissions Make is requesting for your Teams account. Review and approve these permissions to allow Make to securely access your Teams account and perform the actions you've configured in your automation.

Add and connect your OpenAI GPT-3 module

With your Microsoft Teams connection established, add the OpenAI GPT-3 module to your scenario from the app list. Click 'Create a connection' for the GPT-3 module and authenticate by providing your OpenAI credentials or API key. This establishes the second connection, allowing Make to communicate with your OpenAI account.
