Popular PandaDoc workflows
Connect PandaDoc with Make to automate your document workflows, sync data across apps, and save valuable time.
Create and send a PandaDoc document when a HubSpot CRM deal stage changes
When a HubSpot CRM deal stage changes to a deal stage of your choice, Make will automatically create and send a PandaDoc document from a PandaDoc template. You have to create your PandaDoc template beforehand or use one of the PandaDoc public templates.
Create a QuickBooks invoice from a completed PandaDoc document
Create a new QuickBooks invoice (and a customer if it doesn't already exist) from a completed PandaDoc document. PandaDoc document has to include a Pricing table. You can schedule the scenario to run as you need but adjust the first filter ("only the most recent") accordingly. For example, if it runs once a day, only documents modified in the last 24 hours should pass the filter.
Create PandaDoc documents from Typeform submissions
This template creates (and sends if opted in) new PandaDoc documents from Typeform responses. The scenario expects your Typeform to collect these values: Company name Company represented by Address line ZIP City Region/State Country The template also expects your PandaDoc account to have a "document template" using these variables: [Client.Company] [Client.RepresentedBy] - a custom variable. See more info about custom variables here. [Client.StreetAddress] [Client.PostalCode] [Client.City] [Client.State] [Client.Country] [Document.CreatedDate] You can see a screenshot of a sample PandaDoc template here.

FAQs
How do I get started with Make?
Start by registering for Make. As a new Make user, you’ll automatically be assigned a free account. Once your account is set up, you can start creating your first scenarios. We recommend starting with our step-by-step video tutorial.
What is a scenario?
A scenario represents a workflow or a project of your own creation, and it is made up of a series of modules that automate apps and services. Creating a scenario allows you to transfer and transform data between apps and services via these modules to automate anything and improve the way you work.
What is a module?
Modules are the main building blocks of automation in Make. Modules represent actions that Make performs with an app, like creating, updating, or deleting data.
What is mapping?
Mapping links the modules in your scenario. When you map an item, you connect the data retrieved by one module to another module to perform the desired action. For example, you can map email addresses and subject lines to create a spreadsheet using this data.
