FAQs

What's included in the Make Pro plan?

Pro is built for growing teams: AI agents, unlimited users and scenarios, and access to all 3,000+ apps. You can invite as many teammates as you need, no matter how many users you have on Revolut Business. Your benefit comes with 10,000, 20,000 or 40,000 credits a month depending on your Revolut Business plan — see how credits work.

How long does the benefit last?

For as long as you keep your current Revolut Business plan. There's nothing to renew and nothing to re-claim — we keep it running in the background.

If your Revolut Business plan changes, Revolut will send you a new code so you can claim the benefit that matches it.

I'm new to Make. What do I do first?

Open the form, choose "No, I need to create one", and it'll point you to registration. Create your free account, come back to the same tab, and continue. You'll then be asked for your Organization ID so we can activate Pro on the right organization.

Where do I find my Make Organization ID?

It's the number in your Make URL right after /organization/. In https://eu1.make.com/organization/123456/dashboard, your Organization ID is 123456.

I already pay for Make. Will my plan or price change?

Only if you want it to. The form asks how you'd like to take your benefit.

Monthly subscriptions - both options are available:

  • Keep your current plan and get a discount. We take the value of your benefit off your Make bill every month. You keep your plan, your credits and your renewal date exactly as they are. Recommended if you pay more for Make than your benefit is worth - you keep the bigger plan and pay less for it.
  • Switch to the plan that comes with your benefit. We move your organization onto the Pro plan and credits in your benefit, and cover the cost of it for you. Recommended if you pay less for Make than your benefit is worth - it's a free upgrade.

I'm on an annual Make subscription. Can I still claim?

Yes, but the discount isn’t available on annual subscriptions — switching to the plan that comes with your benefit is the only option, and that means moving to monthly billing, so your annual subscription has to end first. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of your current period, so you keep what you’ve already paid for.

You can claim your benefit now, and we’ll apply it automatically on the day that period ends, as long as your Revolut Business plan is still active then.

You don’t have to claim before you cancel. If you’d rather wait, cancel before the end of your current period, come back once it’s over, and claim then as Free — your benefit applies straight after.

If you have another organization on a monthly subscription, we’d recommend claiming from that one instead — the benefit applies straight away, and your annual subscription stays as it is.

What if my Revolut Business plan changes?

Your Make benefit follows it, but you'll need to claim it again. Revolut will give you a new code — reclaim the benefit with it.

If you move down a Revolut plan, you have 30 days to claim the new benefit. If you don't, your Make organization moves to the Free plan. We'll email you about it more than once before that happens.

Whichever option you pick in the form, we keep the kind of benefit you already have: if you're on the plan from your benefit, we move you onto the plan in your new one; if you're on a discount, we recalculate it against your new benefit.

One case to watch if you're on a discount: when a Revolut upgrade makes your benefit worth more than you pay for Make, the discount can't grow past 100%, so part of the value goes unused. We'll make the change, let you know, and include a link so you can switch to the plan that comes with your new benefit instead.

Want to switch from one to the other for any other reason? Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

What if I want to change my Make plan later?

You keep your benefit. In your subscription section, you'll see a banner with a link to a short form where you pick the plan you want. We will switch you to that plan and ensure the benefit is still applied.

If the plan you want isn't listed, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

What if I cancel my Revolut Business plan?

Your current Make plan doesn't disappear - but you do need to tell us you want to keep it.

If you take no action, your Make organization moves to the Free plan. The Free plan only keeps two scenarios active at a time, so if you're running more than two, some of your automations will stop.

Keeping your plan: we'll email you several times over the 30 days before the change, and every email contains a link to a short form. Fill it in and nothing about your organization changes - same plan, same scenarios, same data. You'll simply start paying the standard price for your plan from your next billing cycle, and you can still downgrade or cancel any time before that date.

If you'd rather move to Free: your scenarios and data stay exactly where they are, but only two scenarios will run.

Most people on more than two scenarios choose to keep their plan.

Can I use my code more than once?

No — each code works once, on one Make organization. Choose the organization you actually want to automate with before you claim.

If your Revolut Business plan changes later, Revolut sends you a new code for the new benefit. Claim it on the same organization and we'll swap your benefit over.

Something's not working. Who do I ask?

Email [email protected] with your Organization ID and your Revolut code, and we'll take a look. Your code is in the link Revolut sent you — the part after code= in the address bar.
