When a user sends a document request in [chat platform, e.g. Slack, Microsoft Teams], an AI agent interprets it and uses tools to create new documents, read and extract content from existing ones, and add or update sections in [document platform, e.g. Google Docs, Notion, SharePoint] based on user intent. The agent decides which combination of create, read, and edit actions to take depending on the request, the document's current state, and the information it needs to gather or produce.

Problem

Producing documents takes significant time, creating new files from scratch, reading through existing ones to find or extract specific information, and translating thoughts into written content. Constant context switching between tools and files breaks focus, slows output, and makes it harder to produce consistent, high quality work.

Route emails by inbox label

When the inbox owner applies a label to an email, the automation matches that label against a predefined routing table and runs the mapped action, either forwarding the message and its attachments to the assigned person or creating a task carrying the subject, sender, and a link back to the original message. Once the action completes, the email is archived, marked as read, and relabelled as routed. Labels with no matching rule are left untouched in the inbox.
