Key Responsibilities
Strategic Guidance:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align People & Culture/ HR initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Act as the go-to person for employees and leaders, providing guidance to enhance productivity, retention, engagement, and relationships.
- Utilize metrics and data analysis to provide insights into workforce trends for informed decision-making.
Performance Management:
- Provide guidance on performance management processes and improvements.
- Facilitate feedback discussions, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Change Management and Optimization:
- Assist in managing organizational change and drive positive transformation.
- Support business leaders in navigating significant transitions.
Counseling and Talent Development:
- Advise on talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
- Provide counseling, coaching, mentorship, and guidance for enhanced performance.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a People/HR Business Partner.
- Business acumen in fast-paced SaaS or technical environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven HR strategies.
- Change management experience, adapting to evolving processes and company culture.
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation.
