Product Marketing Intern

We’re growing our product capabilities at Make and are looking for an Intern to support the development of one of our key product initiatives within marketing: the Use Case Repository. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development within the Marketing organization of a fast-paced, global tech company. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, Product Designers, Engineers, Marketing and other cross-functional partners to help bring valuable product components and features to life.This role reports to the Product Owner of the Use Case Repository, part of the Product Marketing team.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to help bring new features and improvements to life.
  • Support backlog management and product planning by helping define and refine user stories and requirements.
  • Contribute to defining success metrics and tracking outcomes for your assigned initiatives.
  • Take ownership of sub-projects or product components and drive them from concept through delivery—with support from senior colleagues.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and turn insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Assist in stakeholder communication and expectation management throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Help ensure all product decisions are data-informed and aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Support broader initiatives and projects within the marketing team as needed. 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Strong writing skills, particularly in technical and product-related contexts.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to engage with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Exposure to product management concepts (e.g., road mapping, backlog management, defining success metrics) is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in working with technology products or platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and taking initiative.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields).
