What you’ll do:
- Continuously search for and evaluate suitable B2B influencers with a focus on YouTube
- Build strong relationships with influencers through hands-on operations and agency partnerships
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience with a focus on driving growth in specific categories and locations
- Identify, recruit, and nurture our affiliate partners.
- Educate and collaborate with affiliates to create marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Monitor performance and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer and affiliate marketing seamlessly into our overall marketing strategy.
What we expect from you:
- 4+ years of influencer and affiliate marketing experience for B2B tech brands
- Strong content sense; plays a critical role in building and fostering impact in influencer and affiliate creatives, especially on YouTube, to support business goals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-independent, agile and result-oriented
- An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
